Bank boost: Butterfield shares rose for a third successive trading day on the BSX
The RG/BSX index closed up 26.82 (1.07 per cent) at 2,540.71 on the trading of 200 shares of Bank of Butterfield stock at $36.50 for a total of $7,300 on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
The BSX Insurance Index closed at 1770.90, a change of 27.81 (1.60 per cent).
The Bank of Butterfield was unchanged on the New York Stock Exchange at $33.14.
