The RG / BSX Index closed up 3.58 (0.14 per cent) at 2,557.26 after 16,000 Argus Group Holdings Ltd. stock traded and 51 Bank of Butterfield shares traded.
The turnover combined was valued at $102,661.50.
The BSX Insurance Index remained inoperative.
The Bank of N.T. Butterfield finished down 20 cents (0.58 per cent) at $34.40 on the New York Stock Exchange.
