The Annual General Meeting of a Bermuda insurer has been hit by the latest developments of the global pandemic.
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Argus Group Holdings Limited provided an update on their 2021 AGM scheduled for this week.
The filing stated that Argus has announced that due to the increase in Covid cases, the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the company, to be held on Thursday at 9am, will no longer be held in person.
The filing advised that shareholders or nominee shareholders who received a control proxy card, should have their 16-digit control number ready, when they access the meeting via the internet or by telephone.
The agenda remains as previously circulated to shareholders.
