Trust law expert joins Carey Olsen

Veteran trusts and private wealth lawyer Stephanie Bernard has joined Carey Olsen Bermuda Limited as counsel.
The firm said that Ms Bernard has extensive and in-depth experience advising individuals, fiduciaries and companies on all aspects of Bermuda trust law, including international and local estate planning arrangements, wealth management structures, variation of trusts and private trust companies as well as international and local pensions.
She also advises on regulatory issues affecting trustees and pension plans.
Previously, Ms Bernard practised at Conyers for 15 years.
Carey Olsen said she has been recognised in The Legal 500 Caribbean since 2017.
