HSBC Church Street still closed
Updated: Jan 20, 2022 07:28 PM
HSBC Bermuda’s branch on Church Street in Hamilton remains closed, the bank has confirmed.
The branch was closed temporarily last Friday as a precautionary measure because of the rise in Covid-19 cases.
An HSBC spokeswoman said: “At present, we do not have a firm date for the reopening of the Church Street branch given the fluid staffing situation but will advise accordingly when this has been determined.
“All available employees normally based in the branch have been redeployed elsewhere within the branch network to support the volume at other locations.
”We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused our customers and thank them for their patience, as we endeavour to help protect our employees and customers from Covid.”
