Digicel Business will be offering tangible solutions to businesses that want to accelerate their digital transformation due to the pandemic through a twofold approach.

On Thursday they will launch both their Transformation Research Report and Guide, and the January episode of their Ahead of the Curve business webinar.

In this month’s webinar session Digicel’s Bryan Kane, head of solutions and products for Digicel Group, will be sharing insights from the report, based on research conducted in the Caribbean.

Also featured as a guest speaker this month is Alex Siu Chong, chief executive officer of Excellent Stores, Trinidad and Tobago’s largest department store chain with five local outlets and one retail branch in Saint Lucia. He will share his experience building digital transformation within his business and the benefits that have come from it.

“This month’s webinar is a timely one, and with most businesses forced to accelerate their digital transformation journey in some way as a result of the pandemic, having Bryan and Alex discuss digital transformation gives our viewers a closer look at what the journey entails,” Liam Donnelly, Digicel Group chief business officer said. “This session will not only provide insights but also case studies, best practices and actionable steps for achieving success, that show others how to enhance, deliver and grow with digital transformation.”

Mr Donnelly said this information can guide Digicel Business customers, and also any entrepreneur considering digital transformation.

The report will be available to anyone, free, on the Digicel Business website. The Ahead of the Curve series is about bringing the best of the best straight to Digicel’s business audience and over the next few months, the webinar series will continue to explore a number of other important topics that are pivotal to businesses today.

Designed especially for business decision makers and influencers, the sessions will be most beneficial to entrepreneurs, information technology/security directors and managers, CEOs and chief financial officers, and infrastructure, operations and digital transformation senior-level professionals.

The Ahead of the Curve series features candid conversations with solutions experts and business authorities across the region.
