New senior associate at MJM Limited

Mark Adams has been appointed senior associate on the corporate & finance team of law firm MJM Limited.

After qualifying in England and Wales in 2002, Adams acquired extensive international experience including corporate finance, M&A, advisory, restructuring, venture capital, asset finance, project finance, tax leasing, commercial lending, trade finance, Islamic finance and ECA finance.

Jeremy Leese, MJM director and head of the corporate & finance department, commented: “We are delighted to have secured the services of such an experienced and highly-skilled lawyer in Mark, who comes with many years of top level experience at major global law firms in several jurisdictions, as well as invaluable time spent as a partner in a well-respected law firm in the Cayman Islands.

“We look forward to Mark bringing new work to the department, given his extensive international contacts, as well as playing a significant role in the development of our young Bermudian attorneys.”
