Shane McDonnell is the new head of business at Digicel Bermuda, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing an expanding team of account managers and making strategic decisions related to sales and solutions.

Regional chief executive officer Stephen Murad said: “Shane is a very experienced business executive who shares my passion for customer excellence and leads from the front.

“He has more than 25 years of telecommunications and information technology sector experience. He has held global senior roles working for IBM, LinkBermuda, CSC, O2 and BlackBerry and numerous positions over the last 12 years at Digicel Bermuda including client partner, sales director and head of corporate sales.”

Mr McDonnell said: “I’m delighted to be back leading the Bermuda business sales and care teams. It is an exciting time with technology developing at a rapid rate. It is also an important time in keeping our customers protected with cyber threats ever increasing in Bermuda."
