Janice Fernandes is appointed at Argus Group

The Argus Group has appointed Janice Fernandes as the company secretary.
She replaces the interim company secretary, Simon Giffen.
Argus said Ms Fernandes will manage all corporate secretarial matters related to Argus Group Holdings Limited, ensuring they comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Argus Group is Argus Group Holdings Limited and subsidiaries: the multi-line insurance and financial services organisation.
Argus offers a full range of insurance, pensions and investment products targeted at local and international organisations and individuals.
