BGA clients offered mobile ordering platform
Bermuda General Agency, the food service distributor, has joined forces with e-commerce platform Pepper to revolutionise their business with the help of a cutting-edge mobile ordering solution.
In an ever-evolving industry, BGA felt it was important to invest in a streamlined customer-facing experience to deliver the greatest value to chefs and restaurants.
By partnering with Pepper, BGA said, it has taken a significant step towards achieving that goal, and it looks forward to continuing to innovate and grow.

BGA has been a member of UniPro, one of the largest food service buying organisations in the world, since 1994.
Pepper is the preferred e-commerce provider of UniPro Foodservice.
With Pepper's platform, BGA customers can browse product catalogues, place orders, and communicate with their BGA sales rep – all from their mobile devices.
Since the official launch in February, BGA customers have placed nearly 1,000 orders through the app, and within six weeks of launch, the average basket size has increased by more than 37 per cent.
