Skyport makes new appointments
Skyport, the operator of LF Wade International Airport, has made three appointments to its leadership team.
Jaime Dawson, a human resources professional with a talent acquisition and management background, is the new human resources and training director.
Skyport expected her expertise in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work culture to be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent.
Ms Dawson will focus on employee development and engagement initiatives for the organisation.
Marketing and branding professional Nikki Fagan was named head of brand development.
“Ms Fagan's vast experience developing and executing successful brand strategies will significantly enhance customer engagement,” a Skyport spokesman said. “Tasked with building upon Skyport’s reputation as a trusted brand, Ms Fagan will drive innovation and strive to create remarkable experiences for passengers and stakeholders while helping to implement strategic initiatives that are instrumental in maintaining LF Wade’s status as an award-winning airport.”
Mikkel Harris stepped into the role of airport operations manager.
Skyport said he brought an extensive background in aviation management to the position.
A Skyport spokesman said: “By leveraging his notable track record in managing complex projects, Mr Harris will assist in overseeing all aspects of airport operations under the director of airport operations, helping to bring about the highest efficiency and safety standards at Skyport.”
Skyport president Aaron Adderley welcomed the new talent.
“Their wealth of knowledge, expertise and leadership skills will help drive our strategic aims,” he said. “With their combined experience and passion for enhancement, I am confident we are better positioned to build on innovative solutions and industry best practices necessary to continue transforming our operation and creating better travel experiences.”
