Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty has marked two historical milestones with a celebration of the achievements of its present-day staff.

The realtor this year celebrates 70 years since the start of the company in 1953 as LP Gutteridge — and its 25th year as a Coldwell Banker-affiliated office.

The recipients of Bermuda Realty Company Limited’s annual Top Agent Awards are:

• Angela Hanwell — #1 Sales/Rental Agent for the second consecutive year

• Adam Birch — #2 Sales/Rental Agent, marking the fourth year running that he has been one of the agency’s top agents

• Fiona Hatfield — #3 Sales Agent

The recipients of the Top Producer Awards in Professional Service are:

• David Monkman — Highest Revenue

• Phil Matthews — Highest Revenue Growth
