Chambers fintech guide ranks two partners at Walkers
Two partners in the Bermuda office of law firm Walkers have been ranked in the 2024 Chambers and Partners FinTech Guide.
Natalie Neto, co-head of the global fintech group at Walkers, has received the Band 1 ranking for the second year running and Rachel Nightingale has been recognised as up and coming.
Walkers' Bermuda fintech team successfully maintained its Band 1 ranking in the guide.
Ms Neto said: "We are delighted to retain our Band 1 ranking, yet again. From global financial institutions to innovative start-ups, clients across the world look to our specialist fintech team to help them create value from today’s most exciting cutting-edge technology. We are delighted that Chambers recognises this.
“We are proud to be able to work with so many interesting clients in the fintech sector and to be able to showcase Bermuda’s robust legal and regulatory framework to them."
Ms Nightingale added: "It is great to have such a highly reputable organisation as Chambers and Partners validate the quality of fintech work we conduct in Bermuda and beyond."
The firm said Ms Neto had also been selected as one of the world's leading fintech practitioners, in the Who's Who Legal: FinTech & Blockchain 2023 report.
She is one of 12 lawyers recognised across the Caribbean (Americas) region, Walkers said.
