Rejuvenation centre opens in St George
A new wellness centre has opened in St George, offering a haven for people seeking to rejuvenate their bodies and minds through natural, holistic practices.
Refressh Health and Wellness Centre founder Kendra-Lee Pearman was inspired by a deep-rooted belief in the power of holistic living, drawing from the health message advocated by the Seventh-day Adventist church.
“I started Refressh to help people learn how to reset and refresh their bodies, paving the way for healing and balance,” Dr Pearman said. “Our mission is to provide a sanctuary where individuals can embark on a journey towards sustainable health and wellness through the nurturing power of nature’s principles.”
She said Refressh offers a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, guided by the timeless wisdom of the eight fundamental and powerful laws of health.
“Refressh stands for relationship with God, eating healthy, fresh air, rest, exercise, sunlight, self-control and H²O,” she explained. They are the eight fundamental and powerful laws of health.
The centre, open to all ages, is located at 3 Bridge Street, St George. It offers a range of services, from personalised wellness consultations, detox programmes, weight management, infrared sauna and plant-based cooking classes.
“Our aim is to offer a natural, holistic solution to the modern-day challenges of health and wellness,” Dr Pearman said.
“By embracing the principles of the eight fundamental and powerful laws of health, we empower individuals to take charge of their wellbeing and embark on a transformative journey towards a healthier, more vibrant life.”
