MJM advises on Rosewood refinancing
MJM has acted as Bermuda counsel to Blackstone Mortgage Trust and KSL Capital Partners as lenders on the refinancing of the Rosewood Bermuda at Tucker’s Point. Completion of the refinancing transaction occurred on April 26.
MJM was instructed on behalf of the lenders by Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP’s New York office and advised on all Bermuda law aspects of the project.
Lead counsel Mark Adams said: “Our team is delighted to have assisted Blackstone and KSL on this significant transaction, marking further innovative foreign investment in Bermuda. We are grateful to our clients for the opportunity to be involved in supporting Bermuda’s prestigious hospitality sector.”
