Burrows Lightbourn’s Discovery Wines & Spirits shop has popped the cork on a new era.

They have just opened a new store at 30 Harbour Road, Paget, and reopened an extensively renovated 10 Queen Street, Hamilton location.

Both stores are now open to the public, promising an enhanced shopping experience for customers.

“The opening of our two revamped locations marks a new chapter for Discovery Wines,” said Jonny Leadley, head of Discovery Wines retail and e-commerce. “We have listened to our customers’ requests for more variety and space, and are proud to deliver an improved shopping experience in Hamilton and Paget.”

The new Paget store aims to provide a modern and welcoming environment, offering a curated selection of fine wines and spirits.

Manager Allan Marshall was excited to bring Discovery Wines & Spirits to the area. It is in the same location as the previous Burrows Lightbourn store but in a new, fresh space.

“Our team is dedicated to offering personalised service and expert advice to help our customers find the perfect wine or spirit for any occasion,” he said. “We have something for everyone, including beer, cider and non-alcoholic options, as well.”

Ten Queen Street is now double the size it was as Burrows Lightbourn, and features a wider selection of spirits, including rare and exclusive offerings, and a tasting area with different wines available to try each week.

“This was our very first store and Simon Carruthers will be happy to talk you through his collection of wines and spirits,” Mr Marshall said.
