Michelle Falcucci has been promoted to partner in the Bermuda office of international law firm Carey Olsen.
Ms Falcucci, who works in the firm’s corporate department, is among six lawyers promoted to the partnership level across Carey Olsen’s offices, taking the total number of partners across the group to 84.
She joined Carey Olsen in 2019 from a London firm.
Ms Falcucci advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on insurance regulatory and transactional matters.
She also has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and alternative risk financing transactions involving insurers and insurance groups.
