Hannah Tildesley joins Walkers

Hannah Tildesley has joined the insolvency and dispute resolution practice at law firm Walkers Bermuda as partner.

The firm said her experience spans banking and funds litigation, appraisal actions, director and shareholder disputes, and contentious trust disputes, including trust restructuring and blessing applications.

It added that her expertise also covers multi-jurisdictional matters with complex cross-border issues and conflicts of law.
