Walkers Bermuda promotes six

The Bermuda office of Walkers, the international financial services firm, has announced the promotions of six staff.

Those promoted and their new positions are: John McSweeney, senior counsel, Insolvency & Dispute Resolution; Ben Green, senior associate, Finance & Corporate and Funds; Malacia Madden, senior associate, Finance & Corporate and Funds; Allison Forte-Holloway, senior vice-president, WPS; Delayne Bean, senior operations manager, Business Services; and Kelly Govia, operations administrator, Business Services.

The promotion of Ms Forte-Holloway is pending immigration approval.

Kevin Taylor, Bermuda managing partner for Walkers, said: “It is with immense pride that we celebrate the career advancements of six of our team members.

“Beyond delivering exceptional client service, we strive to develop every member of our team to the next level professionally and personally. The success of each individual team member speaks to their calibre."

Walkers said it is promoting people across all grades and departments in all ten of its offices.

The firm said it expects to announce further senior promotions later this year subject to work permit and other regulatory approvals.
