iEPC’s Jamar Dill awarded with ILM Level 3 certificate

Engineering company iEPC Ltd has announced that Jamar Dill has earned an internationally recognised training award.

Mr Dill has achieved his ILM Level 3 — the ILM leadership training scheme is a programme in leadership and management, run by island-based Management Solutions.

Ricardo Graham-Ward, senior engineer — team leader at iEPC, congratulated Mr Dill and said: “This certification is a testament to his dedication to developing his leadership skills and enhancing his ability to manage projects effectively.

“For our engineering team at iEPC, Jamar’s new skills will be invaluable in driving our projects forward with improved efficiency, strategic planning and team collaboration.

“His achievement not only highlights iEPC’s commitment to professional growth but also ensures that we continue to deliver exemplary engineering solutions to our clients.

“We look forward to Jamar applying his ILM expertise to increase customer satisfaction and collaboration.”

Mr Dill is a professional and chartered electrical engineer with more than 20 years experience in the electrical power industry. He joined iEPC in 2021.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical power engineering and a Master of Science degree in maintenance management.

The ILM programme took place over a nine-month period where Mr Dill participated in face-to-face and distance learning on various leadership skills and qualities.

He had to implement the skills into his everyday work functions and provide feedback on the impact.
