Business podcast duo hail century partnership
A podcast that began with the goal of supporting the resilience of Bermudian entrepreneurs has demonstrated its own durability by publishing its 100th episode.
Marketing agency Two Four One Branding, led by Bermudians Laura Ann Bell and Vicki Abraham, started the Resilient Entrepreneurs podcast two years ago to support Bermuda’s entrepreneurs with mindset and marketing insights.
Since then, the podcast has consistently published weekly episodes, offering practical advice, inspirational stories and expert guidance.
It now receives pitches from bestselling authors, TEDx speakers, inventors, business leaders, and experts from Asia, Europe, Australia, and the US, asking to be interviewed on the show.
In May, the programme ranked in Apple’s top 35 podcasts in the entrepreneurship category.
In this week’s episode, the co-hosts paid special homage to the Bermuda business founders who started with them on their podcasting journey.
Ms Bell said: “As Bermudian entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the roller coaster ride of building a business from the ground up. We began with a view to support small business owners to keep going through tough times.
“So we asked some of Bermuda’s successful business founders to share their stories of resilience and how they overcame all kinds of challenges, along with their learning and insights.”
Ms Abraham, who has moved to Australia, added: “We wanted to produce a special thank you to Bermuda’s entrepreneurs who started this podcast journey with us; they were gracious with their time, wisdom, and insights, and without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
“Now that we’ve grown the show to be truly international, it’s exciting to see what’s possible, and we're still growing.”
