Burrows Lightbourn, the beverage distributor and retailer that has been in business for nearly 35 years, has announced the rollout of a rebrand that will take place over the coming months.

The company said the new simplified logo and colour palette provide a confident and contemporary look and feel.

“Our colour choices not only reflect the pride in our company but are symbolic of the natural surroundings in Bermuda,” said Ezekiel Stoneham, commercial manager.

Chief executive Frank Amaral said: “Over the last 12 months the company has been busy deploying revamped processes and technology to drive further effectiveness in our fulfilment, field sales and retail/e-commerce functions, with more changes still in the works. It is certainly time to update how we look to the outside world.”

He added: “Our mission is to not only elevate the beverage consumption experience but to also become the most trusted distributor partner within our industry. None of this happens without the hard effort and contributions of our employees.”

Burrows Lightbourn exclusively represents a variety of beer, spirits, wine and non-alcoholic beverage brands including core brands from the portfolios of Bacardi, Diageo, Heineken, Carlsberg, E&J Gallo, Treasury Wine Estates and Icelandic Glacial Water.

The company’s direct-to-consumer division, Discovery Wines & Spirits, focuses on the premium/super premium wines and niche spirits categories in the retail and online channels.
