Roger Todd, Allan Rance join board of Watlington Waterworks

Roger Todd and Allan Rance have been appointed to the board of directors of Watlington Waterworks Ltd.
The appointees replace Jon Burull and John Carey, who have resigned from the board.
All changes were effective on January 1, according to a filing by the company with the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
The company was founded by Sir Henry Watlington in 1932 to support the tourist industry.
It is still located at its original address: 32 Parsons Lane, Devonshire.
