Roger Todd has succeeded Jon Burull as president and chief executive of Watlington Waterworks Ltd.

Mr Burull retired last week after 35 years with the company, which paid tribute to his “service, leadership and engineering excellence”.

The company said Mr Todd joined Watlington as CEO-designate last July.

In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the company said: “Mr Todd brings six years of government sector experience, most recently as permanent secretary.

“He also served as director of public transportation, where he led the electric bus and digital-fare media initiatives.

“Before his government tenure, he spent his early career at Belco, concluding as vice-president of power generation.

“His extensive leadership experience and engineering background make him an ideal fit for this role, ensuring our organisation's continued success.”
