Joe Williams joins finance team at Walkers Bermuda

Lawyer Joe Williams has joined the finance team in the Bermuda office of Walkers as senior counsel.

A firm spokeswoman said: “Joe joins us as an accomplished practitioner with many years of experience in advising across a broad portfolio of corporate, finance and funds matters.

“With special experience supporting fund financing and general banking transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers, Joe will prove to be an immense asset to the team.”

Kevin Taylor, the managing partner of the Bermuda office, said: “We are delighted to welcome Joe back to the Walkers team, having worked in our Cayman Islands office previously.
