World on Wireless Ltd, the television subscription provider that was wound up in the Supreme Court nearly three years ago, has been dissolved.

Larry Mussenden, now the Chief Justice, was acting as a Puisne Judge when he ordered the winding-up of the company in May 2022.

That month, TeleBermuda International Ltd’s acquisition of the business and certain assets of World on Wireless Ltd was completed.

After the winding-up order, joint provisional liquidators Michael Morrison and Charles Thresh, of Teneo (Bermuda) Ltd, proceeded with the balance of the liquidation process, distributing net realisations from the liquidation to creditors in accordance with their statutory priority.

With that process now complete, and the company dissolved, the joint provisional liquidators have been discharged.
