East End Asphalt Company Ltd, the Bermudian-owned subsidiary of Polaris Holding Company Ltd, has a new name to reflect its new direction.

Now operating as Surface Experts Ltd, Polaris said the company will continue to provide asphalting services, and supply mixed asphalt, stone and sand while exploring new avenues for diversification.

Purchased in 2019, Polaris said EEA/Surface Experts is the sole licensee of StreetPrint asphalt stamping technology and the sole distributor for Carver Companies in Bermuda.

With more reliable, superior-quality materials, Polaris said, Surface Experts “is in a prime position to take on new challenges and diversify its service offerings”.

Chief executive Randy Rochester said: “Surface Experts Ltd will continue to provide the exceptional value that customers and stakeholders have come to expect from East End Asphalt.

“As the business continues to grow and adapt to Bermuda’s changing needs, Surface Experts Ltd is committed to service excellence.”

In addition to Surface Experts, Polaris is the parent company of Stevedoring Services Ltd, Equipment Sales and Rentals Ltd, and Duck’s Puddle Properties Ltd.
