Mark Chudleigh retains Band 1 ranking in Chambers guide

Mark Chudleigh, of Kennedys Bermuda, has retained his Band 1 ranking for “insurance: contentious” in the 2025 Chambers and Partners Global Guide.
The firm said its insurance team retained its Band 3 ranking and earned a Band 1 ranking in “insurance: contentious”.
Nick Miles retained a Band 3 ranking for insurance.
In dispute resolution, the team secured a Band 2 ranking overall.
Special counsel Erik Penz secured a mention as “up and coming” in the area and Mr Chudleigh retained his Band 2 ranking.
The firm said Simon Benedek was ranked for the first time for his highly regarded corporate and finance practice.
