The restaurant group, MEF has reopened Achilles, its St George’s Parish restaurant at Achilles Bay, next to Fort St Catherine.

The tavern returns with a menu based on Mediterranean and Asian flavours after what the company called a successful inaugural year.

It said: “Under the expert guidance of head chef Guido Brambilla, Achilles has crafted a seasonal menu that highlights fresh, locally sourced ingredients infused with the vibrant colours and aromatic spices that define our MediterrAsian cuisine.

“Whether you’re a returning guest or a first-time visitor, you can expect an unforgettable dining experience that captures the essence of culinary creativity and cultural harmony.

Chef Brambilla said: “Our first year was an incredible journey and we are excited to reopen our doors to the community.

“We’ve listened to our guests and have refined our offerings to ensure every visit feels special. We can’t wait to share our passion for food and hospitality with everyone, again.”

Achilles has resumed serving lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday, featuring a culinary team from a variety of backgrounds.
