Pre-leasing offered for Brookfield House
Companies can begin reserving office space in Hamilton’s next prime city centre commercial and retail development.
Rego Sotheby’s International Realty and Brookfield Properties are now offering pre-leasing for Brookfield House at 91 Front Street, next to Chancery Lane.
The nine-storey building, which is scheduled for completion in June 2026, will add to the City of Hamilton more than 55,000 square feet of state-of-the-art commercial space and approximately 3,000 square feet of retail.
Brookfield House is designed to achieve Leed Platinum certification and will be Bermuda’s first and only multi-tenanted property constructed to this rigorous standard.
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is a green building certification programme developed in the US and used worldwide.
Each commercial floor features private terraces with sweeping, unobstructed harbour views, creating ideal spaces for client entertainment and company events.

Brookfield House offers three retail spaces, one space on the ground floor at just over 2,500 square feet, and two micro-retail spaces ranging from approximately 110-160 square feet, with the aim of accommodating a mix of occupiers.
