Rize Technologies, a Bermudian-based provider of information technology and artificial intelligence-driven business solutions, has announced the launch of Helios AI, a secure artificial intelligence platform aimed at improving document automation, compliance workflows and reporting processes across sectors such as government, healthcare and corporate services.

Helios AI, which is currently in beta testing, is being rolled out to law firms, financial institutions, medical providers and other corporate clients seeking to enhance productivity, accuracy and data security.

“Our goal with Helios is to create an AI-driven assistant that organisations can trust – one that enhances productivity without compromising security,” said Gilbert Darrell, chief executive of Rize Technologies. “By working with Google’s Gemini and Gemma models, we ensure clients have best-in-class AI performance, while remaining in control of their data.”

The new solution is built on Google’s Gemini AI for scalable cloud-based intelligence and Google’s open-source Gemma model for offline, on-premises data processing. This dual structure allows users to choose between high-performance cloud computing or private, local data processing depending on their security and compliance needs.

Helios AI is designed to cut report-writing time by up to 67 per cent and enhance consistency and retrieval of data from large repositories. Key features include AI-assisted report writing through smart templates, legal and medical research tools that can scan and summarise complex case files, and structured documentation support for healthcare providers.

The platform also includes role-based access controls, audit logs and compliance-ready data handling to meet regulatory standards.

Rize Technologies is onboarding select beta clients. The company urges organisations interested in early access and tailored deployment options to get in touch.
