“Whether you are a busy parent, have accessibility needs, or are visiting the island, DropIt is here to provide a premium, stress-free grocery solution that exceeds expectations,” she said.

A spokesman for the firm said the new developments made it easier for customers to do their shopping on the go.

“Our new look features a more modern, user-friendly interface and improved search functionality, making navigation faster and more intuitive,” DropIt said.

Smarter substitutions are now easier. When a product ordered is not available, customers can decide whether they want best comparable, same brand, same price or same size replacement items, ensuring they always get a replacement that suits their preferences.

Clients looking for meal-planning inspiration can check out the new recipes page. If they find something that appeals, all of the recipes’ ingredients can be added to their shopping basket with one simple click, eliminating the need for guesswork or remembering what is in the cupboard.

The firm has also hired more professional shoppers to keep up with demand.

“Expertly trained to select the freshest, most high-quality products, these shoppers pick out groceries as carefully as their customers would,” DropIt said.

DropIt was founded in 2019.
