Two employees at Auto Solutions have been recognised among the best service advisers across the Caribbean region by Suzuki.

David Furtado and Esther Bascome were named Suzuki’s Top Service Advisers for the fourth quarter of 2024, covering 26 Caribbean territories. The award recognises excellence in product knowledge, customer care and service delivery.

Auto Solutions is the authorised distributor for Suzuki in Bermuda.

It marks a repeat win for Mr Furtado, who previously earned the top honour in Q3. Ms Bascome was recognised for the first time.

“To be recognised as the top Suzuki Service adviser in the Caribbean for a second time is an honour,” Mr Furtado said. “This wouldn’t be possible without the incredible team at Auto Solutions. I’m proud of what we continue to accomplish together and remain committed to delivering the best service possible to our clients.”

Ms Bascome said the award came as a surprise and was “a great feeling”.

“It’s a great feeling to know that my dedication to customer service has been acknowledged at this level,” she said. “I’m grateful to my colleagues and clients for their trust and support.”

Jahmal Watts, service manager at Auto Solutions, praised the pair for their performance.

“David and Esther’s achievements reflect our core values at Auto Solutions,” he said. “Their recognition is a testament to their consistency, professionalism and outstanding customer service. We’re incredibly proud of them both.”
