David Barbosa increased his lead in the Senior TAG Class championship points standings after recording a clean sweep of victories during weekend karting at Bermuda Motorsports Park.Barbosa won the two heats contested in his class to stretch his lead to 42 points ahead of Stephen Corrado who managed two thirds.Scott Barnes finished second in the two heats contested in the Senior TAG Class.However, he would not to be denied glory in the 125cc Shifter Class which he currently leads by 25 points over Corrado.Barnes swept the two heats in the 125cc Shifter Class to cap another dominant display.Also recording clean sweeps were Blake Horseman and Ryan Lopes.Horseman won the two heats contested in the Junior Stock Clone Class (10-15 years) while Lopes achieved the same feat in the Junior Modified Clone Class (10-15 years).Ryan Burgess was the only driver in the Junior Stock Clone Class (7-10 years).Owen DeCosta is the current leader in the Junior Stock Clone Class (10-15 years) while Lopes leads the two-man Junior Modified Clone Class (10-15 years).The karters will be out again this Sunday.
