Day of domination at motocross Triple Crown Series
Aiden Simmons, A’jahni Foggo and Cassiday Spencer-Furbert dominated the Bermuda Motocross Association Triple Crown Series last weekend.
All three riders recorded impressive clean sweeps at Bermuda Motorsports Park in Southside, St David’s to secure bragging rights on the day.
Foggo won all three races in the 85cc class with Azai Burt (2-2-2) and Mikah Alves (3-3-3-) finishing in second and third to round off the podium finishers.
Spencer-Furbert led the field across the finish line in each of the three races contested in the 50cc class to top the leaderboard. Messiah Baker (3-3-3) finished second and Rome Dill (2-2-5) third.
Simmons won all three races on the way to Novice honours with Anyari Persad (2-2-3) placing second and Deige Paynter (3-3-2) third.
Preston Martin (2-1-3) reigned supreme in the Expert class with Zano Tucker (DNS-DNF-1) finishing second and Allan Degraff (1-DNF-DNS) third.
Aaron Cannonier was the most consistent rider in the Over-30 class, topping the nine-strong field with an impressive 1-2-1 record. Dillon Carreiro (5-3-2)) and Jason Harrell (6-6-3) finished second and third.
Kody Paul (1-1-DNS) won back-to-back races on the way to securing 65cc class honours with Tinho Tucker Wall (2-2-DNS) taking second and Spencer-Furbert (3-3-DNS) third to complete the podium.
Kaden Bean-Wolfe (1-2-1) topped the PeeWee class with Ace Moniz (2-1-2) finishing second and Tiano Tucker Wall (3-3-3) third.
Nyla Goodchild was the sole rider in the 85cc Ladies class.
