Created: Dec 09, 2020 03:32 PM
Garbage collection has been delayed by staffing shortages, the Department of Works and Engineering announced today.
If garbage has not been picked up by on schedule, a spokesman advised the public to leave it for collection preferably in a lidded bin.
It should be collected later today or tomorrow.
The spokesman said the department was working to resolve the issue and resume regularly scheduled collection “as soon as possible”.
