The Leaking Report begins to sink in Mangrove Bay, Sandys during yesterday's Non-Mariner's Race. In the 31st edition of the satirical race, the usual frivolity reigned supreme, with the Leaking Report not-confronting the recent leak filled scandal in the BHC - the "Back Hander Corporation?".
