Graham Maddocks and Nick Duffy begin the task of removing the old mast from the Deliverance, on Ordnance Island in St. George's. Mr. Maddocks said the old mast, about 36 years old, is to be replaced with a 60-foot 'wolmanised' pitch pine mast to be brought into the Island from the US. The replacement is expected to be finished by the start of this year's tourism season.
