AFTER a long time dreaming about it, Carla Hall has finally opened up a shop dedicated to her love in life ? football!

Hall, a player for PHC's women's team and also an agent for C Travel, this week opened up her shop, Sidekicks, in Somerset which is for Bermuda's many football fans and players.

"We are catering to the fans as well as players and teams," said Ms Hall. "This shop is something I have been hoping for have for many years now. I am a soccer freak."

The shop has favourite jerseys for fans of such teams as Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.

"I am a big United fan," she said.

There are also posters and flags for the fans and Hall said she hoped to outfit teams as well with kits.

"We have everything. We hope to get into the schools as well," she said.

Many football fans may also know Ms Hall from the numerous sports tours she puts on for C Travel. One of the most popular tours in the past have been Manchester United's pre-season summer tours to the United States.

q Sidekicks is in the building that also houses Dean's Bakery in Somerset which is just across the street from the old movie theatre. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
