Bermuda won a perfect score in a study of the world's shipping countries ? one of just six nations to do so.

A study of 104 flag nations found that ships sailing under the flag of convenience of Bermuda avoided all 18 negative performance indicators from the Round Table of Shipping Associations.

Flags of convenience nations performed no worse than nations that required some national connection for ships said the survey.

The survey looked at items such as complying with International Labour Organisation reports and being on the US Coast Guard target list.
