Cruise ships bringing them in by the boatload
Bermuda's six cruisers brought more than 7,700 tourists to the Island this week.
Celebrity Cruise's Zenith arrived into Hamilton on Monday morning with 1,440 passengers. She goes to St. George's today and will sail out of the Island tomorrow.
Her sister ship Horizon also arrived on Monday, docking in St. George's first, and moving to Hamilton yesterday. She leaves tomorrow with her 1,432 passengers.
The Seven Seas Navigator cruise liner arrives on Friday in Hamilton and will then head to St. George's on Sunday with 300 tourists.
The Nordic Empress arrived in Dockyard yesterday and will take its 1,650 passengers to Hamilton tomorrow before leaving Friday.
The Norwegian Majesty arrived yesterday in St. George's for a two-day stay with 1,610 holidaymakers.
The Norwegian Sea brought in 1,350 passengers yesterday into St. George's. They will spend a day there and at Hamilton and Dockyard before heading out on Friday.
On the freight front, the Bermuda Islander comes in tomorrow and leaves Friday after dropping off 122 containers including 26 refrigerated containers and four horses.
The Oleander arrived on Monday this week into Hamilton.
She brought in 139 dry boxes, 41 refrigerated, 43 cars, one auto trailer, two mafi trailers, one boat on trailer and one flat bed.
And car carrier Maersk Taiyo arrived from Haiti on Friday with 78 cars on Friday plus two cases of spare parts.
