Oleander brings 21 cars to Island

The Voyager Of The Seas, sailing from Byaonne, New Jersey, made its last scheduled call to the Island when it arrived yesterday morning at Dockyard with 3,524 passengers and will depart this afternoon.

Its sister ship, Explorer Of The Seas, will be part of next year's cruise ship season.

The mega-ship Grandeur Of The Seas also arrived at Dockyard yesterday morning. She came from Philadelphia and is due to set sail again this afternoon at 3.30 p.m.

The Bermuda Islander, with 150 containers, is scheduled to arrive in Hamilton from Salem, New Jersey tomorrow at 6.30 a.m. and will depart on Friday morning.

Also arriving was the Somers Isles which arrived in Hamilton yesterday morning from Fernandina Beach, Florida with 120 containers and will leave today.

And the Oleander arrived from Port Elizabeth, New Jersey on Sunday with 198 containers. Her cargo of miscellaneous goods included 21 cars, three mafis and flatbeds and a truck. She sailed out of Bermuda on Monday at 6.30 p.m.
