Dear Sir,

On January 28, 2002, I placed a call to the Bermuda Gas & Utility Company and left my name and number for a call back.

It is now March 25, 2002 and no one has bothered to return my call.

I wanted to price gas stoves, as I needed to purchase four for properties in Bermuda.

I finally obtained the information I needed from the US and the stoves are now on the way to Bermuda.

This proves to me that many Bermudians take a "Mickey Mouse" approach to business and need to sharpen their skills if they seriously want people to buy in Bermuda, especially foreigners living here.
