Dear Sir, My wife and I have taken a two-week holiday in Bermuda this year and the past two years.

On each occasion we have used the buses for internal travel and have been most impressed with the service that these have provided.

The great courtesy and helpfulness of the drivers has always been apparent, but on Monday the drivers of a No. 1 bus and two No. 3 buses excelled anything we have experienced anywhere before. Not only did they radio each other to ensure that we did not miss our connections, but also put us on the right track when we had taken a bus in the wrong direction! We would like to express our thanks to those kind individuals and to all the friendly, helpful drivers that we have met.
