BF&M?s gain sends BSX to record high

A rise in BF&M shares to a record high of $18.50 helped propel The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index to another all-time high yesterday.
BF&M shares rose 50 cents or 2.8 percent on volume of 427 shares. The shares are $5.90 or 50 percent up on their 52-week low of $12.
The increase helped the Index to reach all-time high of 4,326.48, up 6.13 points. The Index reached its last all-time high on Friday and is now up more than 18 percent for the year to date.
Butterfield Bank was the only other stock to trade, with 14,040 shares changing hands to remain at its all-time high of $55.
The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX yesterday was $779,955.00 and the overall volume of shares was 14,467.
