BSX drops as KFC, Butterfield decline

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index fell 20.11 points yesterday to close at 4,455.46.On a day of losses on the Exchange, Kentucky Fried Chicken fell $3.25 to close at $19.25 as investors traded in 5,000 shares.Butterfield Bank fell 25 cents to close at $57.25 on volume of 932 shares and BF&M fell 10 cents to close at $15 on volume of 1,400 shares.

The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX yesterday was $176,599.05 and the overall volume of shares was 7,487 shares.
