LOM (Holdings) Limited saw 10,000 shares traded, closing at $1.95, a decline of 0.05 or 2.5 percent. Bank of Butterfield went down 0.05 points, or 0.2 percent, to $33.25 on a volume of 600 shares.

The other decliner was Argus, which dropped $1 or 5 percent to end at $19.
