Capital G to hold seminar on global equities
Capital G will be holding a public investment seminar on global equities on July 22 at 1 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. at the Capital G Centre on Reid Street.
The seminar is part of a series of seminars Capital G Investments Limited holds on a regular basis and will cover a range of topics on diversification and global equity.

Presenter Elizabeth Palmer, vice president for global equity research at MFS Investment Management will provide an overview of today's economic conditions and the outlook for the future.
She will address the benefits of diversification and multicurrency investing, the future of the US dollar in the short-term and long-term, explore the opportunities that are available overseas and demonstrate why now is a good time to invest outside of the United States.
Ms Palmer has 15 years of portfolio management experience, having worked as associate portfolio manager and client relationship manager at Grantham Mayo Van Otterloo and portfolio manager at PanAgora Asset Management and Colonial Management. In addition to her current role as vice president at MFS, Ms Palmer is an associate portfolio manager within the global and international equity investment disciplines.
Both the lunchtime and after-work seminars will be held in the Capital G Centre at 21-25 Reid Street in Hamilton. Refreshments will be provided and guests will have an opportunity to win a door prize. Those interested in attending are asked to reserve a seat by calling 295-4769 by July 17.
