Coldwell Banker extends its praises to top staff
Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty recently honoured the agency's staff for their achievements at their annual local awards event held on September 8 at M.R. Onions Restaurant.
The company's management bestowed a total of 16 awards in recognition of production and performance in areas such as customer service and professionalism.
Many recipients will travel to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2007 for the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference.
"Bermuda should be proud of these individuals, who represent our country in the international real estate arena," corporate services manager Kendra Mello said.
"Not only are they recognised for their accomplishments locally, but these results put them among the top performers in the Coldwell Banker network worldwide."
Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty is locally owned and operated, employing a total of 56 people, 38 of which hold their Bermuda Real Estate Licence.
Among those honoured were the top selling representative, and top listing representative, , for sales ? as well as the overall top rental representative for 2005/6 .
Special mention was extended to , for the most improved sales production.
Agency manager Susan Thompson reported a banner year for the Agency Division (Coldwell Banker), with involvement in more than five hundred (500) real estate transactions (sales and rentals) on the Island since July 2005.
Paul Matthews, manager of the Professional Services Division (Bermuda Realty) also reported outstanding results overall with honours being taken for record increases in new business by of the Appraisal Department.
During the event, special presentations of The President's Award were given to , land survey co-ordinator, for her continuing dedication to the company over the last 23 years and to for outstanding performance in fee based business.
Length of service awards were bestowed on the following people: Patricia Douglas (30 years), David Kuhn (25 years), Fiona Hatfield (20 years), Myles Gibbons (15 years), Ann Rego (15 years), Andrew Bermingham (10 years), Paul Matthews (10 years) and Kendra Mello (10 years).
Also Vivienne Power (10 years), Susan Thompson (10 years), Carol Birch (five years), Denise Martins (five years), Kenneth Richardson (five years), Rochelle Simmons (five years) and Graham Smith (five years).
