begins her appointment as Chief Executive Officer of KeyTech Limited on August 1. Mrs. Lines, a Bermudian, joined KeyTech in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer and she worked closely with Sheila Manderson, who steps down as the current CEO at the end of the month, to transform the KeyTech Group of Companies into more efficient and competitive operations.
Mrs. Lines has a law degree from the University of London and she is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Corporate Treasurer.
Prior to joining KeyTech, Mrs. Lines held senior finance roles in Bermuda at Southern Cross Cable Network and at The CCS Group Limited. She trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in the UK and subsequently worked in the London office of the finance group of J.P. Morgan?s (now J.P. Morgan Chase & Company).
